I bought a pair of shoes and I was supposed to give them to my sister on her birthday but still it’s been over a month and I would rather use stock x or foot locker but this is just the worst and still no refund or the Jordan 4 retro military black

My old pair of beaters finally gave out. Ordered from Solestarr and had a new pair in 2 days. So clutch.

If I could give a zero I would!!!! Solestarr is a complete SCAM please don’t waste your money like I did thinking that I was buying sneakers. Solestarr, or, should I say Rarefoot, or maybe Global Sneaker, as these are all the company names I have encountered now during this month that I have been waiting for my son’s shoes. They never came and when I contacted customer service they told me they were stuck in customs and asked if I could fill out a form using an invoice they attached to the email, that was in Chinese with the exception of my son’s name, so I told them that I had no customs form and had no way to get one since I was not the shipping company. They told me in another email when I tried to leave them a one star review on their site that they were sending me another package to replace the one stuck at customs and that it would be here by the 24th. I emailed them again today because I still have no sneakers and they told me it would be a total of 28 days from today before I get them because they just processed shoes packaging yesterday. When I asked for a refund they told me no refund would be issued because they still have a month’s time to send them to me. That makes no sense! I emailed again saying I wanted a refund and they stopped answering my emails. Now I am out $132.00 because I didn’t read more reviews before ordering. PLEASE listen when I say DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM and YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had. After reviewing your order, we have already issued a full refund to you (proof: https://i.postimg.cc/CLL680ML/Alisha-refunded.png). We truly hope for your understanding and will keep improving our service to prevent this from happening again.
I bought Jordan 1 og rebellionaires and they weren’t obviously fake, but you can tell the difference. The box was 100% fake and the shoes have minor mistakes that prove that they’re fake. Not bad for fakes but they’re taking in money by selling fake shoes. Unless the way they’re made in factories vary they’re definitely fake
