The site was use friendly. If I had a problem, the staff were great to work with. I had one problem at the very with editing and could no longer go back. Be sure your project is the way you want it before you produce it.

I thought the editing options were limited. The compounds were separated on two line instead of moving the entire word to the next line. Not very cost effective for one book.

Dear Jason, thank you for your feedback. Not exactly sure if this is what you mean but you should have total control of the text and the templates: Paragraph and line break: ENTER = paragraph ("double" line break) ENTER + Shift = line break ("simple" line break) My best/Hampus - Customer Service
i was honestly nervous about trying to create a book using a web-based layout tool. It did take some getting used to, but after a few pages I found myself able to judge fit and format and the rest of the book design went smoothly. The value for cost, particularly as a unique gift for my wife, was amazing. All told, this is an excellent way to create something truly unique.

The platform was relatively easy to use. I would've liked a few more options to manipulate photos and adjust fonts. I experienced problems paying, so I'd recommend a few more options for people in the United States...perhaps PayPal.

The site is user-friendly and allows for your learning curve. I was able to import both text and pictures easily. The book shipped earlier than I had expected, which was nice. All who saw the book thought it was delightful, especially the one for whom I made it.

This is the only book on line that I could find that allows you to add text in any place you want and is not per formatted. Even though it was printed in another country the quality, time frame, and customer service exceeded my expectations! This is the second time I have made a book and will defiantly be back!

I liked how my books turned out. Customer service in terms of reaching them could have been easier and I would have liked to know that my books were being shipped from Europe earlier in the process. Still, all in all it was a good experience and I'd use them again.
