A group of friends and I made a book for our friend's wedding, composed of old pictures we had from Facebook and each of us wrote a sentimental paragraph to go with the pictures we had. It turned out really nice, and it was helpful that we could all work on the book at our own time individually. The only downfall, was because we lived in MN and the book comes from over sea's, it took about 2.5 weeks to get here so we had to give it to him literally the day AFTER the wedding. But it was fun we should have ordered it earlier.

The product was gorgeous; totally high quality--sharp and vivid pics; printed text exactly the color as the template used to choose it. And the creating, with the template, was pretty easy. I guess how beautiful the book came out is what makes me complain a little about what seemed a high price, about $1 a page, I think. I just think I'd consider having more made, for more folks, on more occasions, if the price were lower, but maybe I could have chosen a template that resulted in a cheaper cost. I didnt' really see the price until I had the book created, and loved it too much to seek cheaper alternatives. (So maybe that's a better critique: have the price of what's chosen more readily visible during the creating process.) And I kind of wished there were more notifications in e-mail form, along the way, which is just silly of me, probably, but something I've gotten used to from other sites these days: "Your order is coming along," "Your order is preparing for shipment," stuff like that. Silence between ordering and shipping left too much space for me to worry something went wrong. (And when my worry made me reach out to customer service, they responded promptly and kindly.) But the main point was to get a beautiful book to a friend for a special occasion, and that is exactly what I got. Thank you so much to Solentro, and the product gets my highest recommendation.

The only thing I wish that Solentro did (and they said they would do this) would be sending a follow-up email stating that product is ready and has been shipped. Other than that, no complaints.

Used Solentro to make an 80th Birthday Memory Book for my father. Had inputs from many countries and numerous photos. Easy to use software, liked that you could prepare the book and just pay at the end (i.e. Not purchase software in advance), great customer service to queries (always in a matter of hours) and delivery on time and quick. I would recommend this service to anyone. Only improvement would be a spell check in the preview function. Fantastic experience all round.

This was my first book, (I made 5 copies for gifts) I am so pleased with the way it turned out! This site was so easy to use even for someone who is not too savvy with a computer. The books were printed and shipped quickly. I highly recommend Solentro and am working on another book right now :)
