The turnaround on the printing and shipping for this was impressive. I got it for my boyfriend for Christmas and it made him cry. The quality was really amazing. I might have to order one for myself too!

Our book was beautifully done! When I ordered it before Christmas, I was worried it wouldn’t come in time. But, they sent it out very quickly and we got our gift in plenty of time for the holiday.

I was fully charged upon order, but never received the book I ordered on 11/21/23. Turns out that Fed Ex lost my shipment. Once Solentro became aware of the problem, they reprinted the entire order and shipped it at no charge. You can't get better customer service than that.

We can see that your order is stuck in Memphis and a customer representative will contact you and our distributor. You should received an email with shipping information. We are of course very sorry for the inconvenience! Best regards/Hampus - Customer Service /The Solentro Team
I loved how easy it was to use. It shipped fast and was printed well. I thought it was crazy expensive making it impossible to publish. That was the only bummer.

My 10 year old granddaughter has quite an imagination. Over the last year, she had been making up short stories about one of her stuffed animals. For a surprise Christmas gift, I collated the stories and added pictures. Solentros' website was very user friendly. The book was completed and received within 2 weeks. The hardbound cover, colors are very well made with heavy paper for the pages. I will be using Solentro again.
