Great work ethic and smooth transition

BRAD WAS MY REALTOR OF MY HOME. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE WHOLE PROCEDURE. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, EXTREMELY NICE, HONEST, AND HAD INTEGRITY. I WAS BLESSED. ONCE AGAIN HE IS A KEEPER, AND I BET, BETTER AT A HIGHER JOB.

I had a wonderful experience with agent Pamela Holt. She provided professional service and I would utilize her services again.

We have not received any leads of quality. They state that they already talked to someone from sold.com (thus you must be sharing the leads), and/or they say they have no interest in selling, or, it is the wrong number. Leads have disintegrated significantly since we first joined.

I really liked the realtor, Michelle Mc Gill. They only thing I didn't like the fact we had to renegotiate the price in the end.

My experience was amazing. Mr. McLeod was professional, diligent, upbeat. My house sold quicker and better than I anticipated.

Thad was great. He went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready for every potential buyer. He went extra, by making sure the snow was always removed after every snow storm. This was extremely important during the winter months in ND.

Sold my house quickly and for a good price.
