While I love red light therapy and know there are a number of companies out there, customer service at Solawave makes them #1 for me. And my little wand is terrific!

Bought a mask during their two for one. Opened one box the mask didn't work. I did not open the second box. I wrote to start the return process. No reply-- three days. This is not how your run a business. If you need to return and they won't help, you can simply pay for your own return and send them your tracking info.

The controller must first be charged and then connected directly to the mask during use. Sent an email regarding whether the led mask was suitable for men. I had already seen that it was on YouTube and other chat groups, but it was nice having it confirmed by Solawave themselves. The reply came from Ann in short order. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt reply. Ordered the mask on 9/6 and should receive it on 9/12. Assuming the order arrives undamaged and complete, I will have no complaints.

Whether on the telephone or via email, Customer Care is prompt and completely helpful. I can even reach them by telephone. I have an international business, and I know how important it is to have happy clients. It is not just that Solawave has excellent products but they stand behind them with customer friendly policies. They deserve the time I took to do this review.

Great customer service all around with an order issue that was my doing. Makes this company really stand out from the rest! Handled my issue with prompt attention and kindness. There are many masks on the market but I highly recommend Solawave if you want an outstanding experience.

Worked well for 18 months then just died/ not rechargeable. Company offered a good will discounted replacement but would not send outside the US. Look closer to home if purchasing a wand. It wasn’t worth the cost. Thank you for your reply. A manager in your company reached out and organized a replacement wand which I appreciate.

Zeline thanks so much for helping me get this order fulfilled. Zeline has amazing customer service everything was easy and smooth. Her responses were quick I was amazed. I absolutely love my led face mask. It’s my first one never knew it would change my life the way it did last night. It changes colors has it’s own remote two type c charger to go with it. Easy directions I’m just in love get yours today.

I recently purchased the sola wave mini but had a problem getting it to work. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately with steps I could take to correct the issue. This was very helpful and more importantly fixed the issue. Fantastic product and outstanding customer service.
