Michael, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the situation and any frustration or confusion it has caused. We understand how disappointing this experience must be for you. We want to clarify that our recent exit from Texas was due to unforeseen circumstances, including the unfortunate bankruptcy of our equipment and financing partner, SunPower. This decision was made to avoid long-term issues that could arise from their inability to support your system. While this change came suddenly, we should have communicated with you more clearly, and for that, we truly apologize. Please rest assured that you will not be charged for any services or equipment. We take full responsibility for the disruption, and our priority remains ensuring that you are not left with any financial obligations. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, and if you have any further concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Dear Mr. Snuffy, We take your criticism very seriously and deeply apologize for the issues you’ve encountered with your solar system. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate your information in our system. We strive to maintain constant communication with all our clients, and I want to ensure we address your concerns promptly. Could there be a possibility that your project is listed under a different name, or might it be associated with another company? We are committed to rectifying this situation for you, but to proceed, we need to confirm that this is indeed a SolarSesame project. Please provide any additional details that might help us locate your project in our records. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Sincerely, SolarSesame Care Team
