I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro from Softwarehubs.com and activated the software. Within the first 90 days, Adobe turned off my license and said that the license was fraudulently issued and I need to contact the reseller. I reached out to Softwarehubs.com and they would not reply.

Does not appear to be a legitimate company in any way other than they will process your payment and send you emails. The chat bot is not helpful and provides an invalid phone number. The contact number on the website is invalid. The link to download the software just takes you back to the main web page. Very much wished I had done my normal research before buying from them. Now have to dispute the charges by contacting my credit card company.

Wyoming phone number disconnected & license code did not activate software! BOGUS COMPANY

The company has a web site with phone number listed that don't work. There Chat prompts are operated by an AI program that offers to connect you to a live person but the chat goes radio silent. I bought a program Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Lifetime License for my PC. When I loaded it I kept getting a configuration error which required me to uninstall and install the program again. Which I did twice and still didn't work. When I tried to call Soft Ware Hubs numbers on the web site the number didn't work. Emailed there help email three times and got responses to uninstall and reinstall the program which I explained was done and that I needed live support. Still no support or help. I'm not sure its a company that uses live people? Never heard from this since this incident only email at 11pm at night hardly an appropriate business time.

I never received the product

Zero star's but have to give 1 star just to review. Total scam, ordered MS OFFICE Home 24 and was sent MS OFFICE Pro link with code. Didn't even try and download as I was now suspicious. Called both support #'s and both were out of service tried chat and email. Awoke next morning to email response from chat with email link at 430am to describe issue, I replied with issue to email-no response. Waited 2 days for any response, received zero and opened chat and sent 3rd email-no response. Disputing charge with CC and ordered from Newegg now. Beware!

Serial number for Adobe Acrobat was fraudulent. Phone number does not work and support just sent a link to their instructions but did not address the issue.
