I couldn’t use it I have a Mac and thought it would work I asked for a refund or a credit my account, and nothing ever happened

I did have an issue with prompt delivery of the license key, but it was quickly resolved by your technician. Software works great.

Everything worked but only after asking for support, then got the download link and key. worked fine after that.

Ordered the software. Great price. Didn't realize it would take over a day to get the download, but should have realized they need to get confirmation of credit card payment. A little more detail about that in the confirmation email would have been nice. Otherwise a smooth transaction.

I had to reach out to customer service to get my download. They were very quick to respond and emailed my the download link.

I had some difficulty at first. The chat bot really helped me out and had specific answers to the questions I asked. My questions were detailed and the answers were as well. Program is up and running smoothly.

I hate surveys.
