I just tried to load Windows 10 pro and found out it was already used. I also tried to load one of the 3 MS Office I bought 3 months ago and found out all three were used prior as well. Now I have spent about $250 at your business with nothing to show for it.

I am disappointed. I received the Microsoft Office 2021 software with Word, Excel, Outlook(new), and Powerpoint. It was with Office 365 which I definately did not want. I had ordered MS Office 2021 Professional perpetual licensing with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher & Access.

Poor customer service. I've left messages and sent multiple emails with no response. Code not delivered with product. Useless.

Got my download as soon as I purchased. No issues loading anything. Price was fabulous too.
