Very Very Impressed! Everything was smooth as can be working with Softriver. I was a little hesitant as I always am when finding new people to do design work. Softriver made the WHOLE process a breeze!

I came to Softriver because I had seen a lot of the ads about them online and was excited to see what they could deliver for a relatively low price and with a quick turnaround time. Their onboarding once you sign up is extremely thorough - expect to fill out a super engaging questionnaire of about 10-15 questions that are really in depth so they can get a good understanding of your brand. My first logo delivery was actually in a little less than two days. I wasn't entirely happy with it so I let the team know through email, and I'm happy to say that they were super accomodating and understanding, and within two more days they had completely pivoted to a new design that looks 1 million percent better than I even ever could have imagined. I was so happy with their output and their creativity, the logo is super polished and professional and I am so happy with it. The team is great and very friendly and are happy to take any advice you give them. Also, you get a load of files at the end, scaled up files, PNG's, SVG's etc. so I would say its definitely worth it. TL;DR: Highly recommend, logo was brilliant and team great at communication and design.

My experience with softriver co was so bad it makes me wish there was a 0 star option. The logo concepts were terribly generic and looked like they were designed by a child. One of the logo's looked like it copied an existing company with the same name (oversees) and didn't follow my design brief at all. I ended up hiring someone on fiverr who did an AMAZING job in the end and actually took time to understand the brief (same brief given to both). The designs look AI generated, when i rasied this they assured me that they weren't, but this just emphasises how terrible the logo concepts were. I reached out for a refund and they are refusing to provide one. I truly think this company is a scam and will be contacting my credit card company within 5 days if they do not issue a refund. I purchased a whole premium packaging with add-ons and didn't proceed past the logo concepts as they were so terrible. All of the remaining work is yet to be issued and still no refund. Truly terrible service. DO NOT waste your money!!

I had a great experience with Softriver designing a new logo and developing brand guidelines with it. I’ve hired designers through freelance sites like Contra and Fiverr before, and costs add up for a much smaller scope of work. Softriver delivered a lot of value for the price while keeping the process straightforward. Definitely a fantastic deal. The turnaround was fast, and there was a variety of design directions provided. Each concept felt distinct and well thought out, and the work went beyond just the logo itself, including designs of original brand icons / emblems. The final delivery was extremely thorough. I received the assets in multiple file formats and sizes. Lastly, I appreciate that Softriver emphasizes “No AI” on their homepage. I believe the human design eye makes a real difference, and that came through in the work. Each concept was thoughtfully developed and included an explanation of the design direction and reasoning behind it.

Softriver delivered a brand identity for our tech consulting firm remarkably quickly, and the quality was far beyond what the turnaround suggested. The logo is clever, precise and professional, exactly the credible, modern look we wanted for an enterprise-facing business. Communication was smooth and the whole process was efficient. Highly recommend.

Really good quality of work!

I’ve had a great experience working with the Softriver team. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely receptive to feedback throughout the design process. What I’ve appreciated most is their willingness to collaborate and refine the work until it feels right, rather than simply delivering a design and moving on. Communication with Oliver and Joy has also been consistently helpful and easy. I was happy enough with the experience that I came back to Softriver for another branding project, which probably says it best. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a creative team that is professional, flexible, and easy to work with.
