Wish there was a 0….didn’t work horrible customer service. 2 different refund policies and I suggest a dispute with your credit card as there offers are ridiculous. Have asked to not be contacted as the dispute works out and they keep harassing me. Do not order their product, fyi dispute is immediate unlike there return 20% plus shipping plus restocking fee

Not at all as advertised. I am healthy and have had no previous heart issues, but after 4 days of use I experienced severe angina like symptoms. I quit using it immediately. The symptoms disappeared after 2 days. I do not recommend. Potential dangerous product. I would rate it zero if I could.

They sent me the wrong product and they refused to refund me my money. They said it was a product labeling problem and they wanted to send me a product with the correct label. Who’s to say what was really the product.

Returned product based on doctor's advice. We had to pay return shipping and 20% restocking fee. They would not return the Indiana tax we paid. Giant rip-off. They do not give you your money back. False advertising, deceptive and unfair business practices. Product is not as advertised and can be dangerous for some. Would give it a minus rating, if possible.

The product is useless! Don't waste your money as the ingredients I received WERE NOT what was written on the website. Buyer Beware.

Giving this product 1 star is pushing it. It is rubbish , the only thing it gave me was chronic diarrhea . I ordered 6 bottles because foolishly I believed the advertising I paid out over £270 ,I asked for my money back ,don't bother, the money back guarantee doesn't exist. By the time they take money of for the amount of product used and other various things you grt very little back. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE HYPE IT DOES NOT WORK.

I was also persuaded by their "scientific information" on FB with Oprah as firm advocate - I realized that there would never be as rapid a weight loss they promised but thought that perhaps it might help and was worth a try. But as soon as I had placed the order I found info on the internet that showed I had been duped - the doctors, experts and well known star in the videos were all AI fake. I tried to get them to cancel the order as I guessed that this product would be worthless (and it cost a lot) but it was shipped anyway. I live in Sweden and also realized afterwards that there would be customs charges and sure enough, when the package arrived in the country I was asked by the import authorities to pay about another $100 in order to accept it. I declined and sent the package in return (which was cost-free) and thus avoided problems with returning it myself. However, I give this company 2 stars as they have actually repaid the cost very nearly in full (the difference is probably just due to the exchange rate) within 24 hours of asking for a return. I managed to find a contact mail address for "support" with a "complaint or return form" in one of the confirming e-mails I received when I ordered. So I have learnt my lesson - I WON'T be lured again by this type of nonsense!
