Subject: Response to Your Feedback on Order #82808 Dear Hamid Habibi, Thank you for your support and feedback regarding your recent purchase. We have carefully reviewed the details of your order. According to our records, you placed an order on October 21st for the CR7 Gift Bundle, not a kids' large uniform. Your order was delivered on October 24th with tracking number 9405510922020323740019. It appears there might be a mix-up with another company's order, as our records show the correct product was delivered in a timely manner. We are committed to providing excellent service and products to our customers. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify this situation. If there are any further issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Soccermysterybox Sopport Team
