We ordered a Neymar mystery box ("Limited NEYMAR JR T-shirt Vintage Gift Bundle", size 28 (150-160cm)) in November 2025 as a Christmas gift for our son. Delivery took the usual amount of time for shipments from China. The Neymar jersey we received is of abysmal quality. Since it was a Christmas gift, it was worn only for indoor soccer—never outdoors. After just five washes or so, all the printed numbers and lettering on both the jersey and the shorts began to peel off. Shortly thereafter, the entire print had come off. The Neymar fan T-shirt included in the mystery box was not the size we ordered; although we selected a child's size, we received an adult size instead. Our son is very disappointed, and so are we. The price of $79 (€71.63) is completely unreasonable given the quality of the items received. Three emails asking for a solution to the problem were ignored and never answered. Never again!!! Also bitte Soccermysterybox - prüft euren Posteingang! Update After I posted my review, the seller contacted me very quickly and offered a replacement jersey. I am happy to accept the offer and have sent the requested information via email. Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow sensitive data (such as email addresses, order numbers, etc.) to be sent privately to the seller. Since my previous emails apparently haven't arrived, I am curious to see if it works this time. I have used the email address the seller provided in their reply every time. So please, Soccermysterybox—check your inbox!

Crap in a box your kid thinks is worth something!!!!!

Long delay and I don't know if it will come in the end It should have arrived before Christmas, but today is December 30 at night and it has not yet arrived.

SCAM. Recieved the box today. Does not look anything like the images. CR7 not on the box just a madrid sign. Opened to find a hat, a random real madrid bag, bottle and just tat. No shirt or kit. Basically an really expensive temu box sent direct from china with a worth of no more than £10-15 and thats being generous. Only purchased becuase my 8 year old was desperate for one for christmas, sent me the link and everything. (must of been from a youtube video or something so he knows what should be in them.

Placed an order 16/11/24. Still have not received my order and am having no communication back from the company at all now. I have asked for either proof of delivery or a full refund as I have not received the product I have paid for. They were responding at the beginning but ignoring me now!

Placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email and I’m not able to get ahold of anyone!!!!! No tracking number!!!!!

I was do upset after waiting 6 weeks and getting wrong size that I threw them inbtrash and ordered from another company and received them in 5 days and exactly what I had ordered. I will never order from your company again.
