I'm being completely and genuinely honest this is the best product and customer service I've ever received from any business. The product itself is top shelf, lab tested and packaged in a controlled environment so you know your not getting any contaminates and it'll be pure and clean. The customer service is beyond what you'd expect from the best store. If anything is wrong they'll fix it. Often they're proactive and will reach out to you first! Incredible 10/10.

Great company! I started an order and had a family emergency and the staff personally reached out to me to offer help. I had some trouble with my credit card info. It happens. They sent a discount code to help me out as well. The really neat thing about this business is if you place an order they will send you a small sample of something else. The product is top notch as well as the customer service! They really strive to help customers! I’m disabled and the sales and coupon codes help me out so much! This company is a must try! Great product! Great customer service!

There was some issues with the website, but the person that helped complete the order was wonderful. Very prompt and excellent customer service. With so many online options for kratom you have to constantly be on your game. Would order again based off so far experience.
