I have been ordering from this company for a couple years now. I have had great experiences with shipping speeds as well as quality of the products. This last order I made was a little less than great though. The quality was not what I would expect from this company. Maybe it's a 1 time thing, but I ordered 2 different things and both were not of the quality I am used to receiving from this company. I am not holding it against them though, because I've never had a bad experience. I will say, one thing I do miss is when they used to put little sample products in with my orders. That was a great way for consumers to try new products before buying, and it also felt like a thank you for being a loyal customer!
