The quality of the cow is cheap fur, nothing like advertised, they refused to do anything about it. Even said that's why they sell a brush, but even the brush wouldn't magically change the fur to what is advertised.

Thanks for your honest opinion.
The size of the warming aromatherapy blanket was a little disappointing for the price of it , the laborador warm buddy is bigger ! Sleep mask awesome too

Thank you for your input, Shirley. I understand the size of blanket is hard to envision from photographs. I'm glad the puppy and sleep mask work well for you.
I think it was too expensive for the size. I have fribromyalgia but ca't afford something larger

Thanks for sharing your opinion Kathy. We appreciate that feedback.
The puppy is adorable but it is not what I expected. I'm looking for heatable stuffed animal, I had one before and looking to replace it. This is a stuffed animal with a little heat pack you have to take out and heat and put back in. Fine but not what I was wanting. It's a little pricey for keeping as a cute stuffed toy. ANYWAY there was no return info included. I got email from the "if you have any questions email us!" so I did regarding return. No response. I'm stuck with a $50 stuffed toy I don't want. therefore 2 stars.

Dear Barbara, Thanks for your review and letting us know that your expectations were not met. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known that you did not receive my emailed reply to your inquiry about returns along with the attached return label that was emailed to you 3/21. It may have landed in your junk email folder and that's likely why you didn't see my reply. The return postage label was emailed to you again just now, 3/29. Please check your junk email. Just for further information regarding the puppy, you CAN heat the entire stuffed animal without removing the heating pack. It is not recommended because of the size of the larger stuffed animals and because they will pick food scents from the microwave if it isn't clean. They should be heated in 30-second increments so they aren't overheated. Again, we are more than happy to issue a refund as soon as the puppy arrives back to us. Warm Wishes, Celeste
