It was very energetic, informative and it made me very optimistic about the whole process and I thought it was something I could definitely do, but me as well as a few others were there looking for a way to make money because we don't have money, so investing $1200 that we don't have or can't afford, just crushed the dream . But it was good.

I think the spokesman was amazing but unfortunately when I wanted to ask questions regarding the process, they wouldn't give me any information they said give me your credit card and I will answer your questions. He told me to move out of the way to let these other people through who didn't even sign up. well I was really looking forward to starting the the process. But since you guys weren't willing to answer my questions without the payment and I wasn't willing to give you a payment.

I thought the information was presented well, though two things were a bit off putting. Nicole the success story was built up as a newbie that just got started. She in fact was not. She actually is a successful investor that works with other real estate seminars to state she has in fact had success under their tuteledge. That was off putting. Secondly, if you are going to sell us your education package, please explain what you will be able to do upon completion and also explain that there is a next 30 thousand dollar plus package and what that entails. I feel that education is important, and I understand many people who want to try and improve their personal cash flow or asset build, it would be pretty important for you to explain the entire program and what each step means and costs. I realize many attendees would be overwhelmed but if they knew it could be done in stages, and not be worried they would have to come up with all the education costs right away but if you had an earn and learn program many more people would sign up. Everyone's finances are different. Some people have nothing but are willing to work hard, some people are financially able to pay for your top level of learning and can and will if they believe you can double or triple their investment from committing to your process and taking in your education. Transparency is key. I wish you would have all your students and where they each came in from the stand point of their financial starting point. Have your website show your true number of students who sign up, and how many make it, even if it was just repaying themsleves foryour programs. Show those that started with the first three day class and what success they had. Then how many success students who moved money from their 401 into a self directed IRA and what those success stories are and then how many signed up paid and then didn't follow through and just through wasted their time and money. I wish all these seminars were totally transparent. I want to do this, I have flipped houses but due to devastating circumstances I can't afford to make a single mistake in spending any money but have the desire to get in and work hard, use other peoples money at first and make sure they are paid back and rebuild my portfolio. Not confident with this SnapFlip yet. But very interested. Will revisit this opportunity once I have more information from actual students of your courses.

I have attended realeatate workshops before, and I can say that I got more out of the 90 minutes in this presentation than I have gotten out of 6 days of so called training with other systems. Iooking forward to learning more and doing.well.

This was some very powerful information I hate I didn't have the money to do it at that moment hopefully they will let me sign up at a later time I'm sure it would be at a different class but that is something that I'm looking forward to doing that was a beautiful experience

Me and my husband both enjoyed the event very much. If we had the money right now we would have definitely signed up for the retreat. Great stuff
