I have been with Smith Thompson for 7 years. They always responded very quickly and friendly to my questions. Even when I moved to another home they waved the new installation fee and credit my remaining credits to the new home. It can not get any better by saving money and get the best protection for your family!

As a new resident of the DFW area, I researched several home security companies in the DFW area before deciding which one to go with. I had never heard of Smith Thompson but once I found their website and read reviews about their service I knew I had found the company that I was going to go with. Installation was quick and performed by a very professional individuals. He spent time teaching us how to use the system and explained everything to us. Best of all, Smith Thompson is affordable and doesn't require any long term 2 or 3 year contracts like other companies.

This is a great alarm company. I am a new homeowner and was referred to this company. The installation was so quick and easy. The employee that set up my system was so helpful and nice when answer my questions about my new alarm system. The price is also good as well compared to other companies that tried to get my business when I first moved into my new home.

I had my alarm system in 3 days!! Fast, efficient service! I called on Thursday and they installed it Monday morning. Lloyd, the tech installer, was prompt, knowlegable, helpful, and courteous.
