Smith monitoring showed up late due to another appointment taking much longer than expected. This was not there fault and they were very friendly and appologetic once they arrived. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jeremy provided a great overview of the Smith Monitoring system and helped me make a great choice. I ended up purchasing the Smarthome Plus package. The installation only took around 2.5 hours and he did an excellent job. Thank you Jeremy!!

It was easy to navigate your website and make a determination on what plan we needed. Jared answered any questions I had and was up front about expectations regarding installation. Your installation tech was on time and has been incredibly nice. He was patient with me and I felt like he was an old friend in my home. I have been very impressed thus far and look forward to our three year (and hopefully longer) relationship!
