Starting with the phone call to get a quote, to my follow up call confirming my installation appointment Sam was not only on time but he was early!! Yes EARLY to install the equipment. He was patient with the dog in the house, to explaining all details an showing me how to operate the system. I would recommend Smith Monitoring and the great work of Sam to all my friends! Our tech, Sean, had tons of experience and gave us really good advice as to what we needed to secure our home. We were already wired from the previous owners and the other monitioring companies we consulted all tried to upsell us but he made us feel confident with the system we had in place.
