Smith came out the same day I contacted them. David the Technician was very helpful and performed a great job in resurrecting our old security equipment that was here when we bought this house. I was glad to learn that the new equipment performed well and that I would not have to deal with escalating prices for this peace of mind and protection. We bought a house with an existing Brinks system which was outdated. ADT was going to charge us a lot of fees up front to replace it and obviously more a month, so we went with Smith monitoring. The Smith technician came out a few days later and installed new control panels and everything for free and it's cheaper a month. As new homeowners, we were so relieved to find a company to do so much, on-time, and with good customer service.

The process and customer service was great would recommend this to everyone
