Well made, high quality. My first hose had a small leak. I called, spoke to the owner, and next thing you know we had a return label and a new hose on the way. The new hose is perfect. The product is great. The customer service is fantastic.

The temperature sensor wouldn't fit in the box with the extension cord plugs attached. When pulling the extension cord plugs out of the temperature sensor the whole sensor fell apart. Threw the box and the sensor away, not worth the effort to return. Just hope the heated hose isn’t junk as well but won’t know until freezing temperature.

Larry, I wished you had reached out to us before you threw away your items. We pride ourselves in customer service and we would have replaced the broken item and given directions on how to fit Add-A-Stat in the SockITBox without hesitation. On our website we have a picture showing how they fit together. I found your order and we are sending you a new Add-A-Stat at no charge.
