Not good easily spoil

The cats definitely like the food.

Steal your money and run. I ordered a 1 time sampler box and paid 39 00 then less than a month later they shipped me a huge box of food for 104.00, my cats did not like the food. I asked to return it and they refused. They refunded the sampler box but only refunded 29 00. This place is a huge scam, the steal your money and attempt to lock a subscription. BUYER BEWARE.

Very satisfied with my communication with smalls. I had to discontinue my subscription because my cat developed kidney disease. They were absolutely wonderful, so understanding and wishing me the best.

The company provided lots of information and ideas on the transition to this food. It was easy to cancel the subscription once I tried and found that my cat would just not eat the food.

I ordered Smalls and it was delivered two floors down and I'm sure it was frozen when delivered but not any notice that it was delivered When it got to me it was completely thawed out. Even the dry ice was defrosted Cat won't eat it at all Not sure because it thawed and refrozen or just the food Spent good money on what I thought was good for my cat and I'm completely disappointed Never again

Smalls service was great. Unfortunately, my cats did not tolerate the food well. I would recommend the company to others.

It was fast and easy delivery. My cat tends to be picky with new food but he liked this one from the start. He has a sensitive stomach and I have seen improvement since he started eating Smalls.
