Ian was wonderful. His knowledge and expertise made our shopping experience very easy. Needed a refrigerator, but worried about the size....he came to our house to measure the next morning! Very professional and concerned about getting the right product for his customer. It was a pleasure to work with such a helpful, personal salesman. We will contact Ian next time we need an appliance!

We are replacing kitchen appliances as part of a kitchen renovation. After we decided which models to buy, we took the list to Slyman Brothers to see what they could provide. Without trying to steer us to another brand or model, Bob Slyman gave us prices and explained whether each appliance was in stock or had to be ordered. He was very courteous and answered all of our questions regarding delivery, installation, and hauling away of old appliances. We won't ask for delivery for a month or two, but we feel confident that this is a reliable dealer that we can trust. The prices were competitive (actually a little cheaper) that we found elsewhere.

Overall I am very pleased with the Slyman Bros. I have 2 complaints. 1st, when I purchased our refrigerator I was not told that it would cost $25 to change the door to right hand operation. 2nd there have been a couple of times when I called the South County store and left a message. I never received a return call.
