I needed the assistance of customer service. I reached out on a Sunday, "out of office" reply. My situation was taken care of by 9 am Monday. Very professional service. I was impressed.

Very responsive to my inquiries. Some voicemail drops do not happen, but it's apparently due to issues on the receiving end.
