I love Slybroadcast, I been with them for years I used it for Open House invites. I strongly advise anyone to use its for your business.

I tested my first send with about 60 calls. It was not ringless on many calls. My number was among those in the batch. I tested with my number and a friend’s still the same, not ringless. Customers started calling and were confused as to why their phone rang twice and then I was not on the line and it call was dead. Customer service email reply, “We are sorry”. No solution. Another email said something like people must have their number forwarded. What??? Inadequate support and you cannot reach a live person.

Never responded to ask for help!

The majority of the scheduled calls failed, I am assuming due to new phone screening tools.

Easy to use , easy to understand, highly recommend

We use it for post op calls for Dr and hygiene. Our "Minnesota nice" patients call back apologizing for the missed call and to tell us how they are doing. (We don't have the heart to tell them ;)) Highly recommended for those who want to work smarter not harder

The site is very user friendly. I appreciate the Reporting tab. I do wish there was an integrated way to simply block delete numbers that fail without creating an entirely new list or going through the list one number at a time. This feature would save a lot of time on my end.
