The site was a little awkward to navigate for me (the orders tab), but I also did most of my shopping and customer service communication on my phone. Customer service was great and helpful- I used the chat feature. Glasses are a better quality than I was expecting. Happy customer! Will be purchasing more!

We'd like to tell you that Usps shipping is slower than before, as they are short-handed due to the COVID-19, Thank you for your understanding. According to our shipping policy, the delivery may take 10-20 business days after shipping.

The initial glasses I ordered were out of stock. They weren’t really great on resolving the issue or reordering. I did get my refund back quickly.

The glasses are fine but took over a month to arrive. The website said it would ship in 3-5 days and be delivered in 14-20 with standard shipping. It took over two weeks to ship and another two weeks for it to arrive.
