Lenses were made perfectly and frames were just as pictured! There was a postal issue with my order that customer service took care of quickly and my glasses arrived shortly after. Very pleased with my purchase and service!

Thank you for choosing Sllac!
If I could give a -5 I would. Communication is terrible, your timeline is ridiculous. I ordered by glasses around Thanksgiving as of this date they still have not left Michigan. These glasses IF they ever get here better be incredible for all this BS I'm going through to get them. I am NEVER using your company again and will spread the word to others.

Disappointed in the packaging which resulted in damage to both cases during shipping. Cases are cracked, luckily glasses are ok. Please ship boxed rather than bagged. A little disappointed in the quality of lenses but they look good & frames seem made well. Let’s see how well they hold up to everyday wear.
