We care about serving our customers and we have always believed that we leave no stone unturned to make it possible. Would you like an exchange? We can refund your store credit and you can use it to order again. Our glasses are photographed in kind. The color of the glasses will have a color difference on different displays.
The glasses were very nice. Good value. Correct RX. Very pleased.

Thank you for choosing Sllac!
The glasses I recieved look nice, but the prescription they gave me is not my prescription. It is way off. I put them on and my vision was blurry and I was immediately dizzy and not in the normal adjustment type of way. So disappointed with them. Guess I will be sticking with Lenscrafters or something of that nature.

We are sorry to hear that, concerning your case, would you please scan or take a picture of your original prescription including the PD (pupillary distance) and email it to us for verification? We will help you check if the prescription in the order form was filled in correctly, then decide what to do next.
Way better quality than I anticipated. Will be buying from this retailer again.

Thank you for choosing Sllac!
I ordered th he clear "Wilcox" frames, with the standard lenses(no extras.) (I require a very slight perscription.) They are great, they are light weight and look just like what I expected. I have received several compliments on them and will be ordering again. They shipped quickly, and I received them much faster than expected.

Thank you for choosing Sllac!
The frames you offer are adorable. However, I was disappointed it took so long to receive them. Once they did arrive they are not correct as everything is blurry. I used the same prescription as my current glasses, which are not blurry.

We have checked your order and you ordered bifocal lenses. In addition to single-light lenses, both bifocal and multifocal lenses have more or less similar problems. Different frames require different lens designs. Our customer service can handle this issue for you and redo it for free, please don't worry. [email protected]
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One of them were wearable, but clearly cheaply made. The other pair I received had my prescription totally wrong so I am unable to wear them at all.
