Most reviews here show that even locally in the US Slickwraps are absolutely terrible at their job. In my case, you can only imagine as I am from Asia. Oh btw, they don't do international tracking. Same experience as everyone else who reviewed. It's been over 2 months and I have yet to receive my order and when you reach out to them, you have a better chance of Jesus getting in touch with you. Seriously, just don't. Stay far, far away from this company.

The worst. Get ready to wait months and have an over all horrible experience. Wish I looked up the reviews before going down this road. At this point I don’t even care about the money, I just want to be rid of these people and anything associated with the word “Slick”

Ordered on Nov 9th 2021 received on Feb 28th Almost 4 months later! (with no option to cancel the order) This is a really bad service. The product is well cut with the correct dimensions but the material they use is of low quality: the texture of the vinyl does not have good definition and traps air in the installation and it is impossible to remove the bubbles without lifting it again, deforming it in the process I do NOT recommend this product neither for quality nor for customer service.

If I could give a less than 1 star, I wouldOrdered a clear/no customization needed wrap on 1/21/22. Asked about order status on 2/8/22. Not a nice little form email and then they continued to ignore me. Submitted another ticket on their website canceling my unfilled order. Got another vague auto-response same verbiage as before. "EXPECT RESPONSE TIME TO TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS IS DUE TO LIMITED STAFF & HIGHER VOLUMES OF EMAILS COMING IN." How many times am I supposed to swallow that line?

Yeah orders my product two months ago took the money out of my account then never sent me my item contacted support they say due to Covid some product might take up to two weeks to process purchased 1/2/22 it’s currently 2/21/22 and just received a response to my email I sent weeks ago asking for a status update saying the order is still processing what a joke this company got me for my 10 don’t let them get you I hope people see this and stop buying items they will never receive and make this company go outta business

10 weeks and waiting - they say they are backlogged "due to covid" but they're still accepting orders, ... and payments. But not shipping. :-(

Company takes money and doesn't deliver. Extremely unreliable. And product it self is not great. After sales is rubbish.

Previously I'd used Best Skins Ever for clear protection products for my MacBooks and had a great experience each time. Unfortunately they have since gone out of business and Slickwraps appears to be the only major online business offering clear 14" MacBook Pro skins at the moment. January 3rd: I placed an order with them for a clear 14" MacBook Pro skin and heard nothing from them aside from a shipping confirmation. January 14th: I emailed customer service to request an update on my order January 24th: 10 days later customer service replies to tell me the order has been "scanned into their packaging department" and will be shipping soon. January 31st: At this point I emailed them to request a cancellation of the order and contested the charge with PayPal. February 1st: Within 12 hours of contesting the charge with PayPal they generated a USPS Tracking # (USPS is still awaiting the item as of this evening) and email me back to say it's too late to cancel the order. It's amazing how fast their customer support can be when you're trying to claw your money back from them. Honestly at this point I don't even want a skin from this sketchy company. I should have Googled them prior to purchasing because I would have seen the droves of people with experiences similar to mine. Had I visited the website more than once before ordering I would have also noticed that their entire inventory is constantly on 60%+ sales which is a huge red flag by itself. They also have a blanket no-returns you get what you get policy on their website which they blame on COVID. In fact their website blames lots of their longstanding deficiencies on COVID. Purchase at your own risk. Also if anybody knows of a reputable vendor selling clear MacBook skins for the 14" Pro I'm all ears.
