Decent products. I have bought 3 skins for cell phones. Thay are Very slow to ship, and VERY overpriced ! Recently I have been buying from SunSky online, for cell prone products is Beautiful and costa $2.75, plus $6.00 shipping. Their products are unique and unique. Try them

I love the color and ease of use but it's cheap and will not last. Expensive for what it is

Extraordinarily slow shipping, but my phone wrap was easy to install with the provided tools and the instructions on the website. Everything seems like it is *always* on sale on their site, which, if this is the case, is illegal in many countries (including mine), and I question whether the shipping costs are legitimate since my own costs for sending an envelope of similar size by mail are always much lower. The company is potentially risking exposure under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, and similar legislation in other jurisdictions, by running continuous "sale" pricing (if this is the case). I've never seen their website not having a sale on the phone wraps.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the phone wrap was easy to install with the provided tools and instructions—we strive to make that process as seamless as possible. We understand your frustration with the shipping delay, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the recent Canada Post strike impacted delivery timelines, which was beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during that time. Regarding your concerns about our pricing and sales, we’d like to clarify that our promotions are designed to offer value to our customers. We follow all applicable regulations, but we’ll share your feedback with our team for review to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws in all jurisdictions. If you have additional questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts!
Follow up - SlickWraps did reach out to me and offer a resolution, review updated from 1 star to 3. Edit to the reply - yes I did watch the installation video. I’m not sure how the person in the video was able to hold their hands in front of a heat gun. My watch was getting hot enough to start affecting the glue on my screen protector but apparently that’s not hot enough to get SlickWraps to stay down. And that heat can’t be good for the watch. Also, I provided my order number when writing this review. Why am I the one who has to reach out to SlickWraps? They have my info, I’ve left a review with pics on their site (that review still seems to be hidden). ******** Product is horrible and so is customer service. Also, I’ve written a review on their site with pics, because it’s a negative review, it doesn’t show up on the product page. Also haven’t heard anything back from them. I’ve been using these kinds of wraps since best skins ever was a thing. The wrap that I got from slickwraps just would not apply correctly. They say to use heat to get it to stay down - my fingers felt like they were burning but the wrap would still not adhere correctly, and the end result looked like crap. I would appreciate either a reply from the company, or at least show my review (with pics) on your site so that other people don’t make the same mistake of ordering from a company who doesn’t care about their customers.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand the frustration with the wrap's application and any delay in our response. Our goal is to provide a seamless installation experience, and we're here to help. If you could confirm whether you watched our installation video, it offers detailed instructions on achieving the best adhesion, including specific techniques with heat that avoid causing discomfort. Additionally, wraps can be more challenging with certain cases, which may lead to peeling. Please reach out directly so we can assist further or arrange a replacement if there were any issues with the product itself. We want to ensure you feel heard and supported. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
**Update** Slickwraps did correct the situation and provided the right wrap at no cost. Thank you. Will update rating to 3 stars. Terrible company. I can't believe I tried them out twice. I just found out this company was banned from reddit for creating fake accounts to eliminate down votes. So, don't believe all these raving 5 stars reviews. Do your due diligence, they actually have a terrible reputation across most review sites. First time I was overseas for a month and thought that would be more than enough time to receive my order, according to their estimated time to ship. Never received my order in time. Who knows if they even sent it. More recently, I ordered a wrap for my phone and they sent the wrong one. After sending them an email showing them their mistake with a picture that showed the wrap I actually wanted in the order summary, they still pretended it was my fault and gave me 2 options. 1. Pay to send back incorrect wrap and then pay shipping for the new wrap 2. Keep the wrong wrap and Pay for shipping of the one I actually wanted. So in essence they wanted me to pay more either way, for a mistake they made. Terrible customer service experience. Made me feel like I was the one that did something wrong.

To be honest it's not what I was expecting. When removing the skin there was lots of residue and a horrible smell. The skin began delaminating shortly after application on my iPhone, and when I went to remove it from my Apple Keyboard, the skin left adhesive which was very difficult to remove. The skin for the apple pencil prevented it from charging correctly so I had to remove it so it was a waste of money. I've used other brands in the past and this has never been an issue.

I've ordered twice. First time arrived after a few weeks. Good quality product put tricky to apply skin on phone accurately. Broke after 6 months. Second product took three months to be delivered. High quality product for its price. Would recommend but lengthy delivery times are frustrating.

(15122019) Purchased an Oculus Quest skin online. (12022020) Trustpilot post: They will ignore all your update requests, and will always reply you with their apologies reply template. They also don't have a feedback platform in their FB page which makes it impossible to let everyone know about their services performance. They won't reply your complaints in email and in fb messenger. And if you attempt to write a feedback on the comments part of their posts, they will just delete it. They are amazingly good in promotions, but they are the worst in customer service. I think they have totally forgotten or ignored my order since dec 2019. No real person is going to talk to you, you will be replied with auto-reply templates. With all these, I concluded that I was scammed by Slickwraps unfortunately. (14022020) Slickwraps contacted me for some info. (20022020) FINALLY, it is being shipped. 1 star to 2 star rating. (07032020) IT HAS ARRIVED! 0.5 more star for still delivering and for proving me you are not a scam after all. The wrap looks good and have a texture. I liked it eventhough i have bought from decalgirl (who by the way have a 5-star service) and received it in a week. I hope SlickWraps will improve their customer service. I may have liked their product, but that would be the last time i will order from them. 2.5 stars for now. 2.5 stars more for improvement!👊 Thanks to trustpilot for this feedback platform that buyers and sellers benefit from.
