I want to return the product and I have been unable to get information to return the product

I recently purchased the “extra thick mattress pad” from your store. Unfortunately, the product is not as described: it is much thinner and less comfortable than expected, and does not match the description or photos at purchase.

I placed an order on 11/3. I have not received the order as of today 11/24/2025

Package did not arrive and no one from customer service has responded to me. They sent me nothing but a tracking number and an alert from the post office. I’m out the money with no package!!!

This is a mattress PAD not a mattress topper. It’s flat, very disappointing.

I’ve tried reaching out to this company numerous times and no one responds. Terrible customer service

The pillow o ordered became more thin and I did not even use it much . It’s been only 60 days n it’s paper thin
