SleepypodReviews of sleepypod.com

Its been over 15 days and I have made the payment and been forced to forget about it because there is no update on shipping. Second US company now that takes longer than 15 days to share status of order shipment.

Fast shipping, correct sizing for my 60 lb black and tan coonhound.

Item was on your website. It has been out of stock for a long time tied up my money on a credit card for a while needed the item quickly had to look elsewhere, or a different harness.

I absolutely recommend this brand. They sent the order the day after I bought and solved quickly the Canada Post issue (not delivering it) by resending the product by UPS. Thank you for the support. I can’t wait to try the harness later, it seems very sturdy and good quality.

Your shipping company FirstMile says it deposited the package at my local post office in Oregon a week ago, but USPS says it's out for delivery in California. Either way, it seems highly unlikely I'll ever get the harness to keep my dog safe in the car.

These pods are so great and comfortable for cats. Sturdy, fuzzy, good-looking. The Sleepypod customer service is top-notch too. I mistakenly included the wrong address on my order form (ridiculous, I know) and they sent me a new one right away (Thanks Jeff!). All-around A+ company.

Customer service at Sleepypod is fantastic. They are always available and really care about the products and providing great service.

I love my carrier, it's built really well, it's safe, it's comfortable for both me and my cat. My one issue is that I can't see through the mesh to my cat. I know this is partly because of the type of mesh and that to have a privacy panel there has to be two layers, but I would like to be able to see my cat in her carrier without opening the side.
