It seems awkward to have the control panel in the headband at the back of the head. So I turned it to be at my forehead and rearranged the position of the earphones. It works well and the sound quality is good.

Sleepphones are a necessity. If you have trouble sleeping due to a noisy partner or other noises, there is nothing better that SleepPhones.

Great product and prompt customer care. Accommodative, courteous, and friendly!

The charging is inconsistent. I've emailed customer service but have not heard back. My issue is similar to what I've seen others write about. The device needs to be taken out of the headband to get it to even blink. And even with that, the green light flashes over and over and often along with intermittent red light flashing. I haven't had a solid green light since I first used it. I'm going to give customer service another day to respond to my issue.

I did not like the sleepphones as i found them rather uncomfortable to sleep with and they did not block out the noise as i was hoping. the sound quality of the music however was good.

Dear Julie, Our sincerest apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase! The SleepPhones® products were constructed to minimize ambient noises. If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise reducing rather than noise canceling. Our products are not cancelling because we feel that being able to hear a fire alarm or a child monitor in the middle of the night is important. Regarding the headband, having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears. We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size / fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Here is the link to the warranty page: http://www.sleepphones.com/warranty You can find our sizing chart along with a demonstration video on how to find the proper size on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing If you are unsure how to remove and reinsert the speakers you can find a demonstration video on our site at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqTVbLvjDNk If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you!
Comfortable for sleeping, decent audio. I wish there was indication when to recharge.

I like them and use them every night but I wish the sizing chart was accurate. I measured my head and it fell into the L range. When I received my package the band was very loose and falls off during sleep. I needed to go to a M to make up the difference the stretch makes.
