Amazing customer service.

They didn't work for me, but my wife likes them, so we're keeping them. The people at sleepphones were very understanding and urged me to return or switch. My problem was 1) they are a bit too small, and 2) I have to turn them so the bluetooth module is on the forehead, which is a bit awkward. I normally sleep on my back, and the module was either painfully on my neck, or tightly pulled against my forehead. I measured in about 0.5" smaller than the upper limit of the "one size fits most;" the sleepphones site suggests you size small as the material is somewhat stretchy... but not enough for me. My wife has a smaller head, and doesn't mind having the module on her forehead.

Love the concept of this product pairing is a little clumsy and must be done with each use but once paired sound and comfort are great Battery life a bit disappointing but I should get use to plugging them in every morning.

Customer Service calls were excellent. Purchased run phone fabric for cool but found it to be too slippery for lack of a better word. Am returning to try the cool fabric sleep version. Also unfortunately returning telly unit as my tv only has optical audio output. Wish that were clearer upfront.

The Wireless/Bluetooth SleepPhone is a very very good and reliable product. Connecting the unit to the music/listening source is very straightforward. I find that the "fleece fabric" is more secure on the head than the "breeze fabric" . Even then the headband could be a little more snug fit as it does stretch and slip down and move around a little too easily. Adjustment throughout the night is required.

Hard to adjust speakers and headband stretches out too much.

I previously used the sleep phones that had the wires. These are wireless and use bluetooth. I LOVE them! I also switched to the lighter fabric. Much more comfortable to me.
