Product was good and delivered as promised. The purchase procedure was not as good. Clicking purchase resulted in a blank order screen. I thought a glitch erased my order and re-ended info. The same thing happened and I chose to exit site. At that time, I had two confirmations in my in-box. Purchase system needs work!!!

i am not impressed with your online ordering. It took us like 2 weeks to get our order. I will be looking into some other place to get our supplies. This is unacceptable in my view. If we order supplies its because we need them and waiting two weeks is not an option.

I purchased a SoClean unit on the internet. The price was good, there was an offer for a free adapter, so I accepted that and purchased another adapter for my wife's machine which is different from mine. The unit arrived and 1 adapter, which they charged me for. I called and advised that I would dispute the credit card payment if the free adapter wasn't sent. They offered to do so. It arrived approx 5 days later. I then noticed my credit card was charged over $6.00 for shipping. I considered disputing it, as they made a purchase WITHOUT my approval. I have not done so, and don't want to take the time to do so. I thought this rating was more important to do. I know shipping items cost money. Had they sent it with the original purchase, there would not have been a charge, or at least very minimal. The product is good, the price was good, but the unauthorized payment from my account is unacceptable. Because of this, I would not recommend this company because of their tactics. I am in business and would not think of doing what they did to my customers, who I hope will come back again and again. Wow, as I read on, they expect you to agree to a book full of terms to do this review!!!

Delivered in stated time 3 days as advised. So clean wrapped, for no damage

Received CPAP cleaner quickly; however, the adapter for Res10 water chamber was missing. I phone call quickly had the missing adapter enroute; however, it delayed my being able to use the SoClean by a few days. On the phone call, I was encouraged to buy the extended warranty, which was premature, insofar as I had not been able to try the product, which had a 30 day return. All's well that ends well, but the adapter was specified in the original order and should have come along with the SoClean order.

Elliott, I just looked at your order and it would seem you did not select an Adapter when you first placed the order. We subsequently sent you the free Adapter and simply asked it you wanted any kind of Extended Warranty - a Warranty that would have been refunded had you decided not to keep the SoClean. Hope all is going well with the unit. Thank you.
Products good, product shipping poor took 5 days longer than stated kept checking on line , went form Oregon to west sacramento, to somewhere near Miami FL ,to Redding CA, to west sacramento ,to citrus heights ca.

Bryan - WOW! That is just crazy. Had we known this was happening we would have stepped in to see about getting you a replacement product a bit faster. Happy it finally arrived, but no happy with the delivery service at all. This is not typical, I can assure you.
I was a little confused. I used my usual credit card. When I received the statement, it showed CPADirect.com as the Payee. I couldn’t mentally link to CPADirect.com so I looked them up only to find that CPADirect.com is For Sale. Alarm bells were going off in my head and I was looking to cancel the transaction and report possible identity theft - when I connected SleepDirect.com with the amount I had been charged. All turned out OK; but, I’m not comfortable enough to buy using my credit card again. Something doesn’t fit right.

Dave - we are very sorry for any confusion that may have been caused. We actually run two websites; sleepdirect.com & cpapdirect.com. I'm looking into the reason why you would have purchased on Sleep Direct yet your credit card showed CPAP Direct. everything i need for my resmed vpaps9 machine was not included the lid replacement was not with the shipment please help. I HAVE HAD THE SO CLEAN MACHINE FOR OVER 2 WEEKS AND NOT ABLE TO USE IT I MUST HAVE THE LID TO HOOK UP THE HOSE TO IT received reply thank you have not received the lid yet

Dana - you should have received an email from us already about this issue. You see, when you placed your initial order, you did not select the Adapter you needed for the SoClean. Since we have no idea which one you might need (there are several, and some CPAP machines do not require one), one was not sent. Now that we know which CPAP you have, an Adapter has been sent out to you. Thank you. UPDATED 3/20: Dana - we have not heard back from you and would like to know if we have provided a satisfactory resolution to this situation. You should have received an email from our General Manager.
