Accidentally sent me the wrong order, but then sent the correct one and allowed me to keep the wrong one for free ! Really fast response and great communication.

The gummies that arrived were certainly counterfeit. I have had the real deal twice from America. These were certainly fake - DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE EVER! The label on the product was different to the original , as was the ingredient list. Spelling errors on label and less gummies than described on the front of the package. After reminding the company of my consumer rights after they asked me to pay for return postage to America , they then processed my refund. Please note - company deletes negative reviews!

Brilliant service. Wasn’t sure if it would be easy to ship to the uk. I ordered and missed the delivery. Reached out to Jason at customer service and he was brilliant. Sent me the link and resolved re delivery. Will be using again almost certainly.
