Misleading shipping information and disappointing customer service I ordered the “Lunacat” Mini Satchel from Skullette on September 20, 2026, and paid $69.49, including shipping and taxes. My confirmation listed an estimated delivery date of October 1. I also received an email stating that my order was being packed and would ship that day or the following day at the latest. October 1 came and went. No bag arrived, and my order page still showed the item being prepared for shipping. When I followed up, customer service told me that my purchase was actually a preorder that would not ship until early December—with additional delivery time after that. That directly contradicts the information they sent me when I placed my order. Calling this “confusion” does not address the problem. Your own emails told me my purchase was about to ship. Now I am expected to wait until December for an item I paid for in September. This experience has left me feeling misled, and the customer service response has done nothing to restore my confidence. I want my order canceled and the full $69.49 refunded to my original payment method. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I preordered my bag so it felt like it took forever to get here. But the wait was well worth it. I can't wait to start caring it. The applique work is exceptional.

The Amethare purse/bag is well made. Beautiful color, sewing and design. Skullette makes everything seem personalized. Given it is part of a huge company with other lines they exceed in customer service. I will continue to enjoy their "story" and products.

Skullette really listens to their customers and Service seems to be job #1. They respond very quickly to questions and constantly keep you in the loop. As for their products, they are of high quality and absolutely beautiful. While they are a great source for goth bags, i am not goth but have found many designs I loved and have ordered. I am very happy with, and fully trust this company.

At this point I am very disappointed in the customer service as I have made several attempts tp contact them about what appears to be shipping issues. It has been 10 days and I have only received 1 item that was ordered. The tracking number provided for the other item states that USPS has not received the package yet. I have made 3 attempts at this point to get a response from the company and have not heard anything back from them. I have used the email address it says to contact with any issues on the order confirmation email and the contact us link on their webpage.
