I thought I was ordering from an Alaska company, but the package was shipped from Pakistan.

Bag is great. Delivery was very expeditious. Comes with a shoulder strap that make it perfect for my single-day trips. Bag gas a lot of good pockets. Plenty of room for Bose headsets, sunshades, IPad, flight documents, snacks, and much more. Initially had an issue with one of the zippers (would fully grip the "track"). Customer service sent a video with a simple fix with pliers to adjust the zipper. Video wasn't the best but there were better ones on YouTube. Zipper was easily fixed by me and the bag is awesome. I am really happy with the bag and the quality I got for the price.

Alaska Leather Company offered a leather briefcase configured exactly as I've searched for years. However, the fine leather was not heavy enough for my purposes. I inquired if they could produce it in a heavier leather. They assured me they could, and,in fact, did so. I couldn't be more satisfied. I never thought an online ordering experience could be so personal.
