Terrible customer service — I will not order from Skincare Market again.
I placed my order on September 24. By October 8 — two weeks later — the tracking still showed only that a shipping label had been created, with no indication that the carrier had actually received the package. During that time, I contacted Skincare Market multiple times. Each time I received an automated acknowledgment of my email, but no actual response from customer service. On October 8, because the order still had not shipped and I no longer needed the products, I emailed requesting that the order be cancelled immediately. Again, no one responded. The package then showed up over the weekend. Delays happen. What is unacceptable is a company that provides essentially no customer service when there is a problem. Had someone simply responded to my emails, this could have been handled very differently. I will not order from Skincare Market again.
