Placed an order via website on 29-Apr-2021 but received no e-mail confirmation whatsoever, luckily I took a screenshot so I know my order #. It's now been a full week and my credit card hasn't been charged, nor have I heard anything about my order. Tried to call their customer service line today (1-800-209-2513) and got an automated instruction to leave a message. Not convinced this is a legitimate seller.

Haven't received product yet, but excited.

Purchase process at SW website is efficient and convenient. I'm waiting for my order to arrive.
