Court Judgment Won Against Skillz for Unfair Account Profiling and Shadowbanning Do not trust this platform if you are a highly skilled or profitable player. I operated a consistent gaming account under user ID Jut1983. After maintaining a documented, profitable withdrawal baseline averaging 420 pounds per month over a continuous 6-month period, Skillz initiated an aggressive campaign of targeted account suppression. In writing, their VIP Concierge team, Agent Adrian, formally verified and awarded me a fixed 12-month promotion locking in my Obsidian Tier Status until April 2026 regardless of ticketz. Less than 24 hours later, separate representatives, Agent Gisselle, unilaterally stripped the status, falsely claiming an internal technical glitch, and replaced my contract with a predatory deposit coupon. Simultaneously, Skillz applied an intentional shadowban to my profile, completely blocking my access to Live Events to halt my withdrawal capabilities, while explicitly admitting in writing that my interface was being personalized based on individual player experience. When I submitted a statutory Subject Access Request, or SAR, to audit these restrictions, they flagrantly violated UK privacy laws by withholding my personal data for nearly six months. Because they completely ignored formal warnings, I issued official legal proceedings through the UK Ministry of Justice via Money Claim Online, or MCOL. Skillz chose complete radio silence rather than explaining their shadowbanning algorithms and contractual breaches to a British judge. Consequently, on 22 September 2026, an official County Court Judgment, or CCJ, under Claim Number 082JE629 was formally entered against Skillz Inc. for the locked-in debt total of 9134.81 pounds. An active regulatory investigation also remains live with the Information Commissioner's Office under case reference IC-546771-M1G4 regarding their prolonged data breach. I have officially initiated a formal Third-Party Debt Order, also known as Enforcement Option C, through the Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court to legally freeze and siphon my 9134.81 pounds payout directly out of Skillz's active UK credit card processing pipelines and PayPal Europe streams. If you win consistently, they will manipulate your interface, strip your earned rewards, and break statutory laws to protect their profit margins. You have been warned.

The app is buggy and will crash and/or freeze up in the middle of games. This would be fine if you could just close the app and open it up and get back into your games. Instead, it goes down as an "aborted" game, and you lose all the funds that you paid to play that game. They might offer you a refund for a couple of crashes, but it happens pretty consistently, and after a few times, they claim that they will no longer offer you the money back on the matches that steal it like this. They hit you with the classic "make sure your app is up to date, this is your fault not ours!" Even though the app is running on the newest technology phone, and most current software update. Them taking zero accountability, and in turn, stealing your money, is horrible business.

They’re a rip off. I cashed out and I didn’t get all of my winnings plus the money I spent. Avoid them. I wished I would’ve.

They stole my money i bought in and didnt get anything for it and they dont care to help they banned me from chat to dirtbags

I asked questions about the referral process and they gave me 2 different answers. They said the person I referred used a promo so then I was ineligible. Then the next person said that the person did not write in my username or verify their email account so I was ineligible. I was supposed to get the referral bonus of $10, but when I complained they just shut my account down without any communication. Also, I assume I won’t be getting my cash that I had in the game back either. Don’t put your money in because you won’t get it back or they will make an excuse of why you can’t get it. Then they will just shut your account down and keep your money. Like other reviews, they will just say you are in violation of some rule. Horrible experience and service.

If I could rate it 0 I would. I have been chasing them for a while for my withdrawal and still it hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s funny how you can deposit in seconds but takes a month for a withdrawal to process. It’s been nearly 3 months and I still have not received my withdrawal and now they just ignore my messages. Scammer company with awful customer service that I would not recoment to anyone.

Terrible, firstly you cant do a deposit as it doesnt work. Secondly customer service or support is terrible. They dont reply to messages and no help, sent 3 requests and no replies - play the free ticket games but dont play for real money. Its also very funny how things are different between the ticket games and money games, ticket games you do well and in the pay games you get low score to never win. Someone found a way to legally rip people off.

DO NOT DEPOSIT they will take you money!!! They have insider who played for them and no matter how fast how good you are you will end up losing all your money!!! Don’t think about withdrawing!!! They will kept you from withdrawing and make you play!! They said everything to take you money!!!
