Please stay away from this guy, worse customer service. A lengthy process and all they care about is making money on point rather than satisfying a client they will push the date until the closing final date then you have to rush close they will change the closing cost as they wish. When I started my loan application they softly and nicely told me we will give a very good closing cost, but the reality is he will cheat me. I would never recommend this company to anyone to use. They never once offered to do anything nice for me due to all of my issues. They deserve this complaint and I hope it keeps others away from using them.

All the associates were great and were very prompt in their response. I worked with Gopi and Gaurav most of the time. They were great! Thanks for making process smooth for us.

The team at Sistar was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and understood how to keep everything moving into the next step. The rate they offered was very competitive and the fees were minimal. I absolutely plan to use them again for our next house, and recommend them to everyone.

Rajeev, Isha and the team did a fantastic job in closing my loan in a shorter span of time. They also provided me the best product with better than market rate. They beat all the other rate quotes I have received hands down. Though they are out of state for me and based in MI, they provided me service better than many instate lenders. I, my friends and clients received outstanding service from Rajeev and Isha, They made my clients feel very comfortable in a very stressful process from start to finish of loan process. We could call with questions even in the weekends and evenings. We cannot say enough good things about Isha.
