I ordered maroon because my school's colors are maroon and gold. However, the maroon color is more purple. To return the maroon, I have to pay a 25 percent restocking fee, plus reorder the burgundy color. The colors on the website are so similar, but are actually very different when you receive the vinyl. I think the return policy needs to be revised.

It would be helpful if you could include clear instructions on how to use your products. I was unable to cut my design using my Cricut with the pink glitter Easy Puff vinyl. There was also no information about the recommended heat press temperature. Having to search through each product listing to find instructions is time-consuming.

On tictoks I’ve seen with your vinyl each sheet was labeled with what kind it was. Mine was not so I had to guess which was what

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive unlabeled vinyl, especially when you’re working with multiple materials and still getting familiar with them. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our team as we look for ways to make identifying materials easier.
I do love Siser products but two reasons for dropping stars in my experience; I am in Canada and could not place an order to deliver to me here. I have to go to US to pick up the order. One of the items I ordered is the wrong colour. It is listed correctly on all emails I received to confirm the order but the packing slip has a different colour listed. Now hopefully the correct colour will be shipped but I will have to make a return trip to US to pick up and there is a payment for having my package mailed there as well. The product is excellent and I am able to get vinyl not available to me at Canadian stores, not all that I would have liked to order but some that I have wanted to try.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you love Siser products, but we’re sorry for the frustration with the ordering and pickup process, as well as the color discrepancy on your order. That’s certainly not the experience we want for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can make your next Siser experience a smoother one.
When looking at a particular vinyl, if you click on a certain color, that color should pop up for a better view. This is not the case when I was searching website.

Thank you for the feedback! We understand how helpful it would be to see a larger preview of a color when shopping for vinyl, especially when trying to find the perfect shade. We appreciate you pointing this out and will share your feedback with our team as we continue working to improve the shopping experience.
