He stated that he had not seen products like these in many years. Literally worst customer service ever. Been 8 business days (11 regular) since I placed my order and no confirmation email or any proof that I placed the order, but they were quick to take the money out of my bank account. I could not find their email or number ANYWHERE on the website so I reach out on their Instagram and they tell me to contact customer service and have a nice day. No help whatsoever until I started creating a fuss then they just send me a phone number to call. Other businesses and companies on Instagram ALWAYS look into orders when you inquire on Instagram and don’t try and redirect you elsewhere. This company is terrible and I will definitely be disputing the charge if they don’t refund me.
