I placed an order for five items and received four though I was charged for all five items. I received no reply after contacting customer service twice. Buying in bulk in a good deal. Being robbed in bulk is not.

I placed a large order in their web site. My card was charged at the same day. Finally when I received the package, one third of the items I ordered were missing. Half of the items I received were not correct. When I called them, they said they didn't have those items, so they replaced some them. It is typical false advertisement that they are advertising the items they don't have. Then they are switching them others items. Typical bait and switch. I don't recommend this company."
