The arrangement I received looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. When you’re paying for a gift, you expect it to look presentable and reasonably resemble what you’re purchasing, not something completely different from what was advertised. Now I have send another gift or gesture to the person I sent this to because this is so embarrassing. Don’t waste your money on this Scam company. Looks a 1st grader made my arrangement

If I could give it a zero star I would what a joke waited all day for a delivery was told it was going to be delivered by 8pm then it wasn’t talked to someone who couldn’t help me then transferred to someone who also was no help to call a 800 number at 9pm to sit in hold for 39 minutes to tell me they canceled the order company is a joke

This company is no good they stole money from my bank account/credit card for services and delivery that never happened. Now I had to spend money on a attorney , fraud and recovery to retrieve my money back from this company. I will never use this company because it is 110% a scam and needs to be shut down by the better business bureau. I've lost hundreds dealing with this scam and will spread the word.

I paid for a bouquet with a card. The bouquet looks NOTHING like the picture. Totally false advertisement. And the card I paid for was missing. Horrible service. I will NEVER BUY from them again. Save you a headache and neither do you.

The birthday cake arrangement suppose to look like a birthday cake. It's identical to a Christmas tree. Missing lots of fruit. Falling apart! False advertisement. Someone tried to make this in their home. It is very unprofessional. I will never order from this company again. I wish I could upload the photos! They're terrible.

Delivery was to be made on June 29 It was delivered on the 30th and left at the gate instead at the door. The lady is sick and this was unacceptable. You were given the phone number

Harbor experience it was supposed to show up during work hours between the morning and afternoon they gave me a window of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. after the order was in and my wife never received the item she was supposed to receive today and I spent close to $100 for nothing for a tiny little basket of fruit who the hell wants fruit basket at night it's supposed to get it during the day never again

If there was a zero this business unfortunately deserves that. My order got lost and when contacting online chat due to after hours, I have completely lost trust in this business. Someone claiming to be live agent was sending very odd messages that resulted in me being uncomfortable even providing new address for delivery.
