Had to chase for sim, although I think that was likely because of time zone differences and that I wanted it to start the same day. As soon as I reached out they sorted my order and I had the sim plan in minutes. The e-sim basically installed itself to my phone and it was working straight away. Would happily recommend!

No connection on date ordered. Company apologised for delay and upgraded my subscription. No problem since.

Sims arrived fast. Had all the data I needed while driving in the USA. Good coverage from Canada to Florida. Did have trouble calling my daughters who were with me, with their own sims. Not sure why. Probably user error. Lol.

I had some initial difficulties getting my phone set up, but when the issue was brought to the company's attention, it quickly rectified the issue.

The communication was slightly difficult at the beginning but then I got responded and the sim worked properly.

we ordered the sim cards. They turned up in four working days. We have not tried them yet but we were happy with the delivery.
