Every order that I have received, the packaging did the trick. My plants arrived in tip top shape and not dried out in the least. This is special since I have ordered from other reputable companies and the quality when I received the plants has not been consistent.

We’re sorry this process left you feeling frustrated, especially after investing in 22 trees. We’re glad to hear that 20 of them are doing well, but we understand your disappointment with the two that did not. Our questions about your watering routine were not intended to dispute the care you provided or make you prove yourself. Irrigation systems can vary considerably in their frequency, duration, and water output, so we ask every customer for these details when reviewing a claim. This helps us determine whether an adjustment could protect the remaining trees and whether another issue may have affected the two that were lost. We apologize that we did not communicate the purpose of our questions more clearly. Our team would appreciate the opportunity to continue reviewing your claim and work toward a resolution with you.
I am a very satisfied customer. The people at simply tree's stood by their warranty when I ask them to replace a Arizona cypress that didn't do so well. I also purchased 9 spartan Junipers to landscape my new construction Home backyard which I am very happy with..all nine are healthy and doing well. When I started my landscaping project I was alittle hesitant about ordering plants and tree's online however simply tree's removed all that doubt when the Junipers were delivered to my home, all nine tree's came out of their boxes looking fresh like they just came out of the ground and well packaged securely also. I will be buying tree's from them again. From a U S military veteran retired gulf war.

I purchased two Privets. They arrived well cared for and in excellent condition. After one month, they are thriving. I am happy I elected to try mail order trees and happier I found Simplytrees.
